Image Tools

Every tool here operates on pixels, which is exactly why they all share one design decision: the work is finished in your browser, and nothing is uploaded.

Image processing in the browser has a practical advantage: you do not have to trust a third-party storage service, and you do not have to worry that the file gets cached somewhere. The trade-off is that the boundary of what is possible is set by the canvas and the codecs — everything here is format conversion, geometric adjustment and parameterised export. There are no filters and no generative output.

By problem there are three kinds. For files that are too large, use the Image Compressor: batch upload of PNG, JPG and WebP, lossy or lossless, by ratio or by target size. For visual consistency, use Add Borders to Images: batch upload, then set border color, width, corner radius and background color uniformly, preview each one, then download in bulk. For turning text into images, use Text to Icons: one line of text is split character by character, each character rendered as an identically sized PNG.

This category is not only about images you already have. The two layout tools produce images as their final output, Excel to Chart exports a downloadable chart image, and the asset directory solves the source of the picture in the first place. Read these six together as one pipeline — source, generate, adjust, export.

On local processing: files are read, processed and exported entirely in your browser; originals are never uploaded. Closing the tab leaves no trace.
