A tool error, a UI glitch, or simply something that felt clunky — we want to hear about it. Your feedback decides directly what we build and what we leave out.

We usually reply within two business days. For tool issues, the following details help us get to the bottom of it much faster:
- Which tool you were using
- The steps you took (as specific as possible)
- What you expected versus what happened
- A screenshot, if you have one
- Browser name and version
Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as real file contents or account credentials) in feedback emails. We never read what you upload into the tools, but this email address is our inbox — a different channel with a different nature.
Partnerships
Business inquiries, content republication requests and asset licensing all go through service@quicktocreate.com.
If your proposal needs us to evaluate the form first, email us with the details and what you are looking for. We will reply clearly with a yes or a no.
Common troubleshooting
A tool will not open or the page hangs
Make sure you are on a recent browser build (Chrome, Edge or Safari from the past couple of years). The tools rely on modern Web APIs and do not support Internet Explorer or legacy engines. Try clearing the site cache and reloading, or switch browsers.
Large files make things sluggish
Parsing happens entirely on your device, so your hardware determines smoothness. We suggest keeping single files under 2 MB. The image compressor supports batch uploads, but keep each batch to 20 images or fewer.
My previous input disappeared
Tool content lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing browser data, using a private window, or switching devices will remove it. Please back up anything important yourself — we do not store anything in the cloud.
How do I manage or clear local storage
Use the Settings page to view and remove the data this site keeps in your browser. You can also delete it through your browser's own privacy settings.
