1. The service

This site (www.quicktocreate.com, brand name QuickToCreate) provides free online tools for text processing, image processing, chart generation, symbol lookup and resource recommendations. All tools are free and require no registration.

Everything you type or upload is processed locally in your browser and never uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

2. Service provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Tool output (Markdown conversion, image compression, chart generation and so on) is computed locally in your browser by open-source libraries and may carry formatting differences, precision loss, or limitations in edge cases.

Please verify tool output yourself before using it for anything serious. We are not liable for consequences that follow from relying on that output.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have the rights to any content you enter, upload, or process through the site. If you process someone else's work (their articles, images, or data) and publish the result, any resulting infringement liability is yours alone.
• You may not use the site for anything illegal or that infringes another person's lawful rights.
• You may not reverse engineer the site, crawl it (normal search-engine indexing excepted), load-test or attack it, or call site resources at high volume through automated means.
• You may not use the "QuickToCreate" brand mark commercially, or in any way that would suggest an association with us.

4. Intellectual property

The site's interface design, source code, and the brand mark "QuickToCreate" along with its related text and graphic elements belong to the operator and are protected by applicable law.

Output you generate with the tools (converted Markdown, compressed images, generated charts) belongs to you. We claim no rights over it.

Content on third-party resource sites we recommend is owned by those sites. Republishing and commercial use are governed by their own licensing terms. See the Disclaimer.

5. Third-party links

Some pages contain links to third-party websites, included for reference. Their presence does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or any kind of partnership. We take no responsibility for third-party content, availability, privacy policies or commercial practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption or claims by third parties. See the Disclaimer.

7. Changes to and termination of the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service, including changing a tool's feature set, without prior notice. Because we offer no accounts and no paid subscriptions, discontinuing the service does not affect content you have already downloaded or saved.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updated versions are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material to the nature of the service or to your core rights, we will call it out prominently on the page.
