How we collect, use and protect your information, and where third-party services come in.

This policy explains how the site handles your information. Effective date: 2026-09-28.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by QuickToCreate. Contact: service@quicktocreate.com. Use this address for bug reports, feature requests and licensing enquiries.

This policy applies to the services provided by www.quicktocreate.com (brand name QuickToCreate).

2. What we collect

2.1 What you type is never uploaded

All tools run locally in your browser. The text you type or paste, and the images and spreadsheets you upload, are read and processed on your own device, then copied or downloaded by you. They are not uploaded to our servers.

There are no exceptions to this. It is also why we have no registration or login: with nothing on the server to hold your content, there is no reason to build an account system.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Access logs: IP address, page path, access time, User-Agent and referrer, recorded by the object-storage and CDN providers that serve the site's content and assets. Used for caching and troubleshooting, and cleared automatically at the end of the retention period.
Anonymous statistics: page paths, time on page, device and browser type, screen resolution. These contain no personal identifiers and never include anything you typed into a tool.
Browser local storage: some tools save your preferences to localStorage — for example the per-domain XPath extraction rules saved by the HTML to Markdown tool, or editor history. This data exists only in your browser; clearing your browser data removes it. No copy exists on our servers.

2.3 What we do not collect

The site does not require registration and does not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses. There is no user account system, and we never store anything you type into a tool.

3. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses cookies and third-party services to provide functionality and measure traffic.

3.1 Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to provide anonymous traffic statistics.

You can restrict or remove cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the accuracy of statistics, but every tool keeps working normally.

3.2 Advertising

The site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partner ad networks use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your past visits to this site and other sites:

We supply Google AdSense with our domain and ad placement information. Google does not associate your advertising cookies with our other data; see Google's privacy statement for details. Third-party content inside ad slots is provided by the respective advertisers, and we take no responsibility for its compliance.

3.3 Content delivery

The site's HTML and static assets are delivered through Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) and a CDN. CDN nodes may record your IP address and requested path for caching and access logs. Logs are cleared automatically at the end of their retention period and are not used to identify individuals.

3.4 Third-party links

Some pages contain links to third-party websites, for example resource recommendation pages. Those sites are operated independently by their own owners; we accept no responsibility for their content, availability, privacy policies or business practices. Once you leave our site, the other site's own privacy policy applies.

4. Data retention

Access logs and statistics are kept for the service providers' default periods and cleared automatically, within six months. We do not extend retention on our own initiative. Any configuration data stored locally in your browser is retained for as long as you keep it — clearing your browser data removes it.

5. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS at all times. Because we never store what you type and maintain no user database, there is no risk of your creative work being exposed through a breach on our side.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected a child's information unintentionally, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Updates to this policy

This policy may be revised as the service evolves. Updated versions are published on this page with a new effective date at the top. Continuing to visit and use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. If we introduce a new third-party service or change how data is used, we will spell it out in this section.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

This policy is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this policy should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction at the operator's location.
